Friends, family and finally, fresh, crisp air. That’s the recipe for a perfect r& r weekend. My perfect weekend anyways. Today, we hiked to glorious views of the sea from the top of Inspiration Point. Then, we topped it off with a walk along the beach, soaking in the sun & views. Outdoor exercise, working up a sweat, absorbing Vitamin D from the sun and stimulating endorphins from activity (and some great, fresh food). From every pore of my being, I felt alive and refreshed… and even managed to keep up my unbroken blogging record with postaday! Perfection.
